2024 Bridges of Poplar Creek

Golfers will tee off to support recreational programs for children and adults with disabilities. Lunch, dinner, and drinks are included along with 18 holes at the beautiful Bridges of Poplar Creek Country Club. 

We hope you are able to join us and enjoy a day on the course with friends and colleagues. All proceeds will support Special Leisure Services Foundation (SLSF), the fundraising arm of Northwest Special Recreation Association (NWSRA) and the Rotary Club of Schaumburg/Hoffman Estates

The Rotary Club of Schaumburg/Hoffman Estates is an organization of business and professional leaders working to promote humanitarian service, high ethical standards in all vocations and international understanding and peace.

Registration must be paid prior to the event - no refunds. 

 Check - in: 7:30 a.m.
Shotgun: 9:00 a.m.
Lunch at Halfway House: 12:00 p.m.
Dinner: 4:00 p.m.

Lunch: Hot Dog, Brat, Italian Sausage, Hamburger or Chicken Sandwich with chips and a drink

Dinner: Chicken Parmesan, Italian Sausage with peppers and onions, Mostaccioli Marinara, Sicilian Green Beans, Fruit, Marinated Tomato and Cucumber Salad, Caesar Salad, Garlic Bread and Cookie and Brownies
